18 - 3 - 2009

1. Milo chocolate bar energy food.
2. Niku udon --> udon(one type of japanese noodle) with soup and beef and little bits of veggies.
3. 1 pack of Lexus cheese cracker
4. 1 Claypot black pepper chicken (chicken, sauce, few slices of onions and few garlic, spring onion and shallot) with 1 bowl of rice.
5. Fresh Orange juice
