2. Lemon chicken rice: rice with chicken cutlet and lemon sauce and a bit of sweet mayonnaise, 4 slices of cucumber, and soup and chili.. also taken abit of teddy's gizzard dish
3. one piece of Hans' martabak
4. Burger King: New menu burger: bun two burgers(meat) and two layers of cheddar cheese with some pickles(maybe) and some fried thingy inside(dunno what it is).. upsized onion rings, and barley drink and a bit of vincent's fries since my onion ring was taken by some ppl..

2. Indon panggang: Rice with curry gravy and grilled chicken and Fried fish fillet with chili
3. Homemade soup again: with chicken stock 1 cube, 2 sausages, 6 fishballs, one long beancurd, some instant veggies and bits of garlics

3. Sheares supper: Ashley Naan: Naan bun with chicken burger, cheese sauce, and mayonnaise. Self added: slices of onions and a bit of spring onions. and some tomatoes and cucumbers.

1. Unagi Chicken Special - Rice, Chicken cutlets few pieces, Unagi, a bit of pickles, shredded cabbage with mayonnaise, one eighth of a tomato, 3 jellies and 2 bowls of miso soup (one is dank's)

1. Cheese Lexus cracker. (breakfast 8am)
Today went out to do project, since go out alrd decided to have some good food instead.
2. One set of Kway Chap (brunch 10.45am) - 4 small slices of pork, few slices of pig intestines, few slices of beancurd, 2 slices of fish cake, few slices of pork skin, chilly, and the Kway chap(the noodle)
3. One bowl of chendol (brunch 11.15am) --> after project mate went off
4. 3 small bits of japanese sweets
5. Japanese real green tea
6. Japanese don, rice with chicken cutlets, fried salmon, mayo cabbage, pickles, jellies and miso soup. --> dinner
7. Japanese sweet small crackers

11- 3 - 2009

What a good day to have a meal cooked by my own..
Had my first meal at 1pm
1. Soup with 3 sausages, 4 fried fish balls, 1 added on stock cube, half a piece of egg tofu, and some instant cut veggies, with a bit of garlic and white pepper powder.
2. Dinner: Chicken cutlet with some cabbage again with mayonnaise (this is not coeslaw i tell u, it's just cabbage), french fries few pieces, some baked bean.
3. Green apple 1 piece
4. 2 packets of lexus cheese crackers.

Introduction

Well, as you can see from the post below, the purpose of this blog is to record my tracking of my own food consumed in one day.

Inspired by my Japanese lecturer and the weird Japanese culture that he introduced to us, "食事日記” (Shokuji nikki) which means diet diary. Diet does not only mean the action of losing weight, but it also means food. So, diet diary actually means a tracking of any type of food that I consume.
This Shokuji nikki is said to be one of the most of the popular diet in Japan beside バナナダイエット (banana dietto = banana diet) and apple diet, and it does get people became less fat, by controlling the writer's food intake

YES, OF COURSE, this is because I don't want to get so fat! This is not a record of very hard controlled diet, not that I'm that serious about my diet either. You can take this blog as an attempt to control my food taking which is the main contributor of my current weight.

Good, hopefully this can last long! tehehehehehe..
