15 - 4 - 2009

1. One chicken cutlet with spaghetti
2. two jellies
3. Sub way club: parmesan oregano sandwich with 3 types of ham and lotsa veggie and marinara sauce
4. peanut butter, macademia and oat cookie with large barley drink
5. night 100 Plus the remaining bottle that i had (around 1 can)
